What are Public Sector HR Connections?

The PSHRA WA Chapter’s monthly HR Connections will provide a one-hour virtual forum for public sector HR leaders to connect, share ideas, and learn from one another. The sessions will create a trusted space to raise current challenges, ask questions, share experiences and promising practices, and seek input on solutions from colleagues facing similar issues.

The group will also use these conversations to identify common training and professional development needs, which can inform future workshops, programs, and resources sponsored by the chapter. Most importantly, the meetings are intended to build a strong network of public sector HR professionals through open dialogue, collaboration, and shared learning.

Please join us and come with a challenge, a question, an idea, or a solution to share.

HR Connections and Community Forum Use Guidelines

As a valued member of HR community, we ask that consultants and trainers engage in forum discussions with integrity and respect for the public-sector mission we serve. Insights, information, and shared experiences within this space are intended to support learning, collaboration, and the advancement of HR practices in government.

Members who are not state or local government officials are expected not to use information obtained through the forum for personal, commercial, or competitive advantage. This includes leveraging discussions to solicit clients, develop proprietary offerings, or gain unfair market insight.

By participating, you agree to uphold these ethical standards and contribute to a trusted, purpose-driven professional community.
